SURREY CHAPTER UK ANNIVERSARY SPORTS DAY AND BBQ

Surrey Chapter was started in 1991 so this is our 35^th anniversary year. To celebrate the occasion we are holding a sports day and BBQ on Sunday 9^th August at The Old Sargent’s Mess Club, Bisley Camp, (off Queens Road), Brookwood, Woking GU24 0NY. 

Games will include: wellie wanging, space hoppers, cup and balls etc. and there will be prizes!

Please arrive about 12.00 and food will be available from 1.00pm

BBQ Menu per person:

Burger (with bun)

Hot Dog (with bun)

Potato salad with mayonnaise

Green Salad

Coleslaw

Dessert; a portion of Gateaux or Eton Mess.

Incl: Self Serve Teas and coffee.

The bar will be open for other purchases. 

As we are all aware the cost of food and venue hire has increased significantly in the last few years and so to mark this 35^th anniversary the club will subsidise the price down to £35.00 for two members, (£17.50 individual). Feel free to invite Non-members and past members who will be welcome but at the cost price to us of £24.00 each.

Please pay the total money via BACs (details below and add your name as a reference) by 12.00pm on Friday 31 July. Payments cannot be accepted after then as numbers have to be confirmed by end of that business day.
