Surrey Chapter UK End Of Season Party

November 2^nd 2024 we are holding our EOSP at The Ely, London Road, Blackwater, Camberley GU17 9LJ.

We have a sit down 2 course meal with 3 choices per course, our own bar in the Banquet Hall and a Disco with DJ from 7-11pm.

Dress code is smart casual please no jeans, t-shirts or leathers.

For those who wish to stay over the rate for a double room with inclusive breakfast is the same as last year £99.90 and it’s something you book directly on 01252 863901 quote Booking Reference Smith 2/11/2024 and the discount is automatically applied. Check in is from 2 pm

Now for the most important part the ticket price is £25 per head, again the same price as last year and booking is now open. Last year was a sell out so don’t delay.

Sort Code 60 10 14 Account Number 87033135, quoting your surname and EOSP as the reference. 

NB: Final date for buying your tickets is 17 October.

Then make your menu choices from the options shown below and email them to juliep777@aol.com along with any dietary requirements you may have and any table seating preferences.
